GRS News India : Kolkata, October 6, 2026: In a city where sound is an integral part of cultural celebrations, live performances and public events, the conversation around sound is increasingly moving beyond volume to questions of clarity, balance and responsible sound management. Against this backdrop, Saitronics, in association with HARMAN Professional Solutions, introduced the new Soundcraft Signature Plus Series of analogue connected mixing consoles in Kolkata on October 3 at Raajkutir by Taj Hotels, Kolkata.
The launch brought together sound engineers, musicians, audio professionals, system integrators and industry stakeholders for a live demonstration and training session. The focus was on understanding how greater control and precision in mixing can help professionals create the desired audio experience across different production environments.
Rather than treating sound simply as a question of loudness, modern audio production increasingly relies on the ability to shape, balance and monitor individual elements of a mix. This makes precision an important consideration for professionals working across live events, studios, performances and content creation.
The Soundcraft Signature Plus Series is the latest addition to Soundcraft’s Signature range and combines analogue mixing workflows with features designed for contemporary audio applications. The series comprises four models — Signature Plus 12, Signature Plus 16, Signature Plus 22 and Signature Plus 32 — offering 12, 16, 22 and 32 input channels respectively.
The consoles feature Soundcraft Ghost microphone preamps, Sapphyre EQ and built-in dbx OverEasy one-knob compressors. They also incorporate a built-in Lexicon hardware effects processor with features including preset Store and Tap Tempo, along with SSM (Simple Success Metering), a dedicated Listen bus, Talkback To routing, four Aux sends and Mix-to-Aux functionality.
The series also features a 4×4 USB-C audio interface supporting up to 192kHz, allowing playback and recording with laptops and mobile devices, alongside flexible headphone and control-room monitoring options.
