Dish TV Introduces Lifetime Free Service Visit….

November, 2025 – In a bold move to further enhance customer satisfaction, Dish TV India has announced a Lifetime Free Service Visit initiative — a one-of-its-kind offering in the DTH industry. Responding directly to long-standing customer feedback, Dish TV is eliminating service visit charges, which have historically been a major pain point for subscribers.

With this feature, customers are not required to pay any service charges for technician visits. All pay TV operators typically charge service fees ranging from ₹200–₹250 for technician visits. Living up to its customer-first approach, Dish TV has modified the service request mechanism wherein the customer is required to recharge their account with ₹200, and this amount is added to the Dish TV balance — which effectively means customers make zero payment toward service charges.

Previously, customers were required to pay service charges for every technician visit. With this initiative, Dish TV is enhancing the customer experience and delivering greater value without additional costs.
